You’re responsible for providing accurate payment information—we’re not liable for payment failures due to incorrect details or insufficient funds.
5. Refunds & Warranties
Our 30-day no-hassle return policy applies to all orders: Request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason (items must be unused, in original packaging).

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval—bank processing times may vary.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We provide free worldwide shipping with no minimum purchase. Orders process in 1–3 business days, with delivery estimates of 3-7 business days (U.S. orders via FedEx/UPS/USPS).
Delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues may occur—we’ll proactively update you with tracking alerts and assist with resolution.

Optional shipping protection is available at checkout to cover loss, theft, or transit damage. Without it, we can’t assist with transit-related claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dealtron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, inconvenience) arising from product use, delivery delays, or website issues.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the product.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to statutory consumer rights that can’t be waived under U.S. law.
