1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 30-day no-hassle return window—you can request a return for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked (as long as items meet our eligibility rules).

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at dealtron@hotmail.com to initiate a return (we reply within 24 hours). We’ll send you step-by-step shipping instructions and a return authorization—returns without prior approval will be refused.

3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
1) Intact, functional and in the original, unopened packaging
2) In the same condition you received them

3) Accompanied by your order receipt/proof of purchase

4. Shipping & Protection Details

Return Shipping: For U.S. returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective/incorrect). For international returns, return shipping is customer-paid (defective/incorrect items excluded).

Shipping Protection (Optional): We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout—it covers loss, theft, or transit damage. Without it, we can’t assist with transit-related claims (couriers handle these directly).

Address Errors: If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the package is lost/damaged, we can’t offer replacements or full refunds—this is the customer’s responsibility.

Tracked Returns: All returns must use a tracked shipping method; we aren’t liable for lost returns without tracking.

5. Damages & Defective Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us with the pictures or videos at dealtron@hotmail.com right away—we’ll resolve the issue quickly (replacements, refunds, or repairs, as needed).

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
1) Custom/personalized products
2) Final clearance items marked “non-returnable”
3) Gift cards
4) Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
5) Perishables (food, flowers, plants) & personal care goods (beauty products)

6) Seasonal promotions (Black Friday, Christmas sales) are still covered by our 30-day guarantee.

7. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval/denial within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days—note that banks/credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If 15+ business days pass after approval and your refund hasn’t arrived, email us at dealtron@hotmail.com for follow-up.

8. EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel/return within 14 days of delivery (for any reason, no justification). Items must meet the same eligibility rules (intact, functional, original packaging, proof of purchase) as above.

Warranty Policy

1. What’s Covered

Our free 6-month replacement warranty protects your purchase against manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal, intended use within 6 months of delivery (e.g., faulty internal components, non-functional controls, screen/software glitches from factory issues).

2. How to File a Warranty Claim

Email us at dealtron@hotmail.com with your order number + clear photos/videos showing the exact fault (we reply within 24 hours).

Our technical team will review the evidence: if a simple fix/adjustment (e.g., calibration, settings reset) resolves the issue, we’ll guide you through it first.

Once a manufacturing/functional fault is confirmed, we’ll approve a replacement—we cover all shipping costs for replacement units (U.S. orders).

3. What’s NOT Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
1) Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidental drops/spills
2) Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or use of non-genuine parts
3) Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor surface scuffs, standard component aging)
4) Damage from incorrect power supply, water exposure, or extreme temperatures
5) Transit damage (unless you purchased optional shipping protection at checkout)

6) Issues caused by user error (e.g., improper setup, incorrect operation)

4. Replacement Rules

1 replacement per order: Only one replacement unit is provided per original purchase (no multiple replacements for the same order).

Replacement units are shipped once the fault is fully verified; we reserve the right to decline replacements for non-warranty issues.

The warranty period for the replacement unit runs for the remaining time of the original 6-month term (no reset to a new 6-month window).

5. Important Notes

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser (keep your order confirmation/receipt as proof of purchase).

We reserve the right to request additional evidence (e.g., unboxing videos, setup photos) to validate claims.

For international orders: We cover the cost of shipping the replacement unit to you; you are responsible for any return shipping of the faulty unit (if required).
