1. Free shipping in U.S.

Free shipping in the U.S. on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders process in 1–3 business days (may extend slightly during peak demand). You’ll get a tracking number once shipped to follow your order’s progress.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery takes 3–7 business days for U.S. destinations and 7- 15 business days for locations outside of the U.S. (varies by location). We ship all orders with FedEx/UPS/USPS for reliable US delivery. If unexpected delays pop up (weather, customs, or courier hiccups), we won’t leave you hanging: we’ll send real-time tracking updates and step in to fix issues right away.

4. Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately; you’ll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

5. Shipping Protection (Optional)
We highly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout—it covers loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Without this protection, we can’t offer refunds/replacements for shipping-related issues (couriers handle these claims directly).

6. Tracking & Delivery Tips
Once shipped, monitor your tracking info—reach out promptly if you have delivery concerns.
If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and file a courier claim if needed.
