Frequently Asked Questions

Which games does the MAX6 support?
The MAX6 ships with 5 preset games — UNO, Bridge, Crazy Eights, Blackjack and Texas Hold'em — plus custom modes where you set player count, cards per hand and dealing direction. It also handles draw-heavy games like Phase 10, Skip-Bo and Rummy through its wireless drawing remotes.
Will it jam with UNO cards?
UNO cards are wider and thicker than poker cards. The MAX6 and X1 have adjustable bays sized for oversized decks. Load no more than the stated deck count per bay, and do not force cards down. Our first-time setup guide shows the correct loading.
How many players does the MAX6 support?
Up to 12 players. The machine includes 8 wireless drawing remotes, and you can add a 4-pack to cover 12 seats.
How long does the battery last?
The MAX6 runs on a 5200mAh battery — roughly 8+ hours of continuous play per charge, which for most families is several game nights. A full charge takes 3–4 hours, and you can play while plugged in.
Does it shuffle standard and bridge-size cards?
Yes. The X1 and MAX6 retract to fit standard poker, bridge and oversized cards. The X4 takes 1–4 decks of standard-size cards.
How do the drawing remotes pair?
Press Settings, then Remote Pairing on the machine, then press any button on the remote until the screen shows "OK". Each remote is numbered, so cards deal toward the right seat. The full steps are in your manual.
How fast is shipping?
U.S. orders ship free in 3–8 business days after 1–2 days of processing. See the Shipping Policy for details.
What if it stops working?
Start with the basics: empty the card bays, re-pair the remotes, and give the battery a full charge. That clears most cases. Our 12-fix troubleshooting guide goes through the rest, and if it is still not right, our 6-month warranty covers a repair or a replacement unit.
Can seniors or players with arthritis use it?
That is one of the main reasons we built it. Shuffling and dealing are the hardest parts of card night for anyone with reduced grip strength, and the MAX6 removes both. Cards are shuffled, dealt and drawn by machine, and players draw with a one-click remote instead of reaching across the table. We wrote more about that in card shufflers for seniors and arthritis.
