Returns & Refunds

We want your game nights to actually work. If your Dealtron machine is not right for your table, here is how returns work.

Return window

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original packaging with all accessories (remotes, cables, manuals) included.

How to start a return

1. Email dealtron@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back. Once it arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Who pays return shipping

• Defective or damaged on arrival: we pay. We will also cover the replacement shipping.
• Changed your mind: you pay the return shipping. We refund the full product price and do not deduct what the original shipping cost us.

Exchanges

Want to swap a color or move up to a bigger model? Mention it in your return email and we will hold the new unit so it ships the day your return lands.

Problems with a machine after the return window? You are likely covered by our 6-month warranty.
